Zorin 16 XPS 9550 Very Slow Boot

I have a basically fresh install of Zorin 16. I have really loved the distro but it takes forever to boot.

I hate how slow it boots and I had the same issues with Ubuntu. I am running an SDD in the XPS 9550 (Samsung SSD 950 PRO). Any and all help is greatly appreciated. Let me know what other information I can provide.

Thanks!

30 secs to boot? I don't think is unreasonable long, you can always suspend instead of shutting down. But you can cut off 4 secs. if you don't need Snap or have snap apps installed.

Sorry I forgot to mention this in the original post, but I timed the boot and from Dell Bios logo to Zorin login screen is close to 2 and a half minutes. I'm not sure why it shows it as 30 secs.

You could try this, a guess is the bottleneck is the net service. Try this:

Alright I have completed all of those steps and it still takes the same amount of time to boot. Thanks for your help so far!
