I'm dropping this in chat about Zorin because I'm not requesting help at this time, just sharing information in case others ask for help, to potentially save time troubleshooting.
On my new PC, Zorin 17.2's ISO will reach GRUB, but none of the try or install options (including safe graphics) will start. They each go to a black screen and stick there. Nobara 41's Jan 5 ISO will boot with only a single monitor available. Secure boot is off, and the hardware in this machine is VERY new, so I'm pretty confident it's a kernel or driver issue.
Again, not looking for help fixing it at this time; I still have my previous PC available. I'm just describing symptoms so if someone else comes in with similar hardware, they can be warned waiting for 17.3 may be needed (or those helping can go in knowing it may be an uphill, futile climb with the existing ISO).
The hardware I think most likely to be the culprit is (unsurprisingly) the RTX 5090. The next most likely would be the 9800X3D processor.

Good to know, thanks for posting.
When OS 15 was still the latest version, I bought a new computer. I knew the computer was far too new for the OS, so I distro hopped to POP OS.
After a year went by, I distro hopped back, and installed OS 16. (for which I'm still on btw) Zorin OS is always 1 step behind the latest Linux releases.
The good thing about that however, is it means each Zorin OS release is tested and stable out of the box. But does mean you have to wait for next OS release for brand new hardware.
17.3 just might be the ticket yes, but don't be surprised if you have to wait for OS 18. I hope 17.3 works for you though.
It's no crisis if 18 is needed. Nobara is much faster updating, so I'll still have access to a Linux OS, and for the moment I'm leaving it in Windows anyway, to shake out any potential issues that might be on the system builder's end. Besides, my dislike for GNOME is perilously close to evolving into actual hatred of it, so if I'm kept away from Zorin until 18, when it presumably will have a new enough glibc for Plasma 6, well. That just means everyone here is spared my moaning about how much I prefer Plasma.
Yeah those are both extremely recent pieces of hardware, wouldn't be surprised if that's the issue. As you're already on a more recent OS, especially one as specific as Nobara, it makes sense that would be fine. I'd be curious if a recent 24.04 would boot, since they just released their 24.04.2.
But in general I always assume brand new hardware will take about a year or two to be in most general "point-based release" OSs.
It'll take me a bit to pull the ISO and look, but booting into live won't hurt anything, assuming it can.

Yeah, that is too new. But You bought a 5090? Did You sell Your House for it?

There's an entirely reasonable argument to be made that the reason I've lived in a one bedroom apartment for the last two decades instead of a house is because of things like this.
That said, the card came in a custom system from a very reputable system builder that's been in business more than 30 years. My whole system cost less than many of the bundles that offer a 5090 with low grade, unwanted hardware that won't even make a finished computer.
