I decided to try ZorinOS 17.3 tonight as a possible switch from Windows 10 later this year,
I tried booting with Resizeable Bar and Above 4G decoding turned off, Still rebooted before getting to the desktop right after the Zorin Z logo switches to Zorin during the boot up screen
My system specs are
CPU Ryzen 9 7900
RAM 64GB
GPU AMD Radeon RX 9070XT
Sound Card Creative Sound Blaster AE9

So the 9070xt you're running is a brand new card, and as such I doubt it's supported by the default kernel and mesa included with Zorin. What you could try, is an OS that has more bleeding edge software (such as Endeavour OS or Pop OS) and see if the system boots up for you in those. When it comes to new hardware, linux OSs that are based on stable releases (ubuntu) versus bleeding edge distros are always going to take a fair amount of time before anything brand new is to be supported.
