Zorin 17.3 (.NET 10 SDK Install Issues)

I had the .NET 8.0 SDK installed a while back and removed it, but now I want to get the .NET 10 SDK installed so I can play around with the VOID Engine but I keep running into "held broken packages" errors.

Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
dotnet-runtime-deps-10.0 : Depends: libicu78 but it is not installable or
libicu77 but it is not installable or
libicu76 but it is not installable or
libicu72 but it is not installable
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages

I tried sudo apt --fix-broken install but it didn't fix anything.

Anyone have any advice?

You could try it with

sudo dpkg --configure -a

Because You are on Zorin 17, You should check with apt search what libicu Version is in the Repos. In Zorin 18 is libicu74 availeable - which means it wouldn't work because it isn#t the right Version.

I tried installing libicu78 by following some AI instructions but was running into dependancy issues, so today I decided to try and drop down to libicu72 via the official DEB package, and it installed without issue and got me up and running! Thank you everyone!
