- Is this it Dual-Boot System?
- Is it a fresh Installation?
- Are Secure Boot and Fast Boot in BIOS turned off?
- What Graphics do You use?
- What Program did You use to create the bootable USB Stick?
- Did You checked the Checksum of the ISO?

i used rufus to create bootable usb
i installed the software today
and secure and fastboot are all turned off
Okay, You wrote that You used Rufus, which is a good Tool. Is Your BIOS in UEFI or Legacy Mode? Depending on that, You can with Rufus choose the Partiton sheme for the USB Sick. When Your BIOS is in UEFI, You should choose GPT. And when it is in Legacy Mode, You should choose MBR:
And You wrote that Secure Boot and Fast Boot are turned off. Is in windows Fast Start-Up turned off? Here are a Video for it:

now, when i turned off fast startup, the login screen appeared on the second screen, thank you!
