Zorin 17 Core freezing when selecting all and copying transfer log/error log of grsync

Zorin 17 Core freezing when selecting all of grsync's transfer log/error log and copying them. The log is very long, its from copying 512 GB's, and it says 23 errors. The "selecting all" works fine, but when I paste it to a text file, it doesnt do anything. And I tried it again and it froze my entire OS and I had to press the power button and shut the laptop off manually.

I have 6 gigabytes of RAM. I guess I can just do select all next time and then in the terminal, tell the terminal to move the selected clipboard text and save it as a text file, will be interesting to see if the terminal will work.

The lack of RAM could be an issue with such huge task is my guess.

Yep, it's just hard for me to believe that copied text could do that. Will be interesting to see if the terminal can handle it.

So, it is one long log Text? Or several log Files? If it are several Files, You could copy only a couple of them and then the next One's.

grsync is a GUI and it shows a single hybrid transfer/error log in its window that is very long, and its selectable with a cursor. There's only one very long body of text to copy.

Then seperate that. Mark a Part of the Text, copy it and then mark the next Part and copy it and so on. Isn't this makeable?

I managed to fix the problem, grsync had a "Warning" button at the bottom that i had no clue about or that it did anything, the button filters the log and only shows errors and makes the log much smaller. Makes the log 1 megabyte, rather than the much larger unknown size.

Also see my post/this link for more details as to what I'm doing:
