I have tried the live ISO on two machines using safe graphics start up option and it gets stuck at a black screen with a flashing cursor. Safe graphics try it now on the ISO needs looking at.

Which method of installation did you use?
Did you enable the update during install?
Did you check the hash of the iso?
Is Safe Boot and Fast Boot disabled in the Bios?
You haven't read the title. "Try Now" doesn't work on two machine and now in a Hyper-V VM with safe graphics.
I have actually used the installer on a fresh partition, both the proprietary and safe graphics options. I had no issue on my Asus Tuf Gaming A17 laptop, with Nvidia GTX 1660Ti GPU, once I disabled the update during install. It did not install correctly if that was enabled.
