is there any way to get web cam reconised

What is the webcam make/model, and lenovo model concerned?

Is the camera showing in the output in terminal for lsusb or lspci?

Which seems to be a troublesome device:

This is not surprising in itself... In recent years, Lenova has become increasingly GnuLinux unfriendly.
You may be better off grabbing an inexpensive USB webcam.

Suggesting a hardware fault or that a user must buy a network adapter or camera is usually my last resort.
I prefer it be a software issue because those are generally free to fix and do not require disassembly or using a voltmeter.

Sometimes, you have to accept when you are licked, though.
