Zorin 18 Display Problem

I installed Zorin 18 Core and it seems to work fine except for Google Maps. Any idea why it displays with black background?

If I change to light appearance then words are messed up. If it's a driver problem, I never had one with 17.3. I also tried all the NVIDEA drivers and X.org and it's the same problem . . .

Restarted the computer and it will not boot. error says reached maximal resets! What the ■■■■ is this???? What went wrong? Is this fixable?

That is Intel ME. Have you tried disabling it in the BIOS Settings?

Nope, I installed Debian 13 Gnome alongside Zorin 18 and it works just fine. I'm thinking the kernel or NVIDEA drivers. Debian uses Linux kernel 6.12 LTS, what does Zorin use?

6.8, I believe. I am on 6.14, so I always forget

Zorin 18 uses kernel 6.14.
Which browser do you use?
I found this thread about a similar problem

Did you try to disable hardware acceleration or clear the cache?

Forpli - I was using Firefox but did not have any of those extensions installed. Can't clear the cache because I'm locked out of booting into Zorin now. Error says reached maximal resets!

Tried reloading Zorin 18 again and it happened the same way. Guess I can't use Zorin 18 . . .
