Firstly, did you verify the integrity of the downloaded file by checking the sha256 checksum against the .iso? Did you use a Download Manager when downloading the .iso? What usb installer did you use to install Zorin Education? I have had issues in the past when installing using Balena Etcher - it kept freezing so I ended up putting MX-Linux 2023 KDE on a notebook for a family member and manually installed the Education apps. If you used Balena Etcher I would rewrite using Ventoy - best usb installer out there.
