Is your BIOS Firmware up to date?
The BIOS firmware may not be up to date, but a BIOS update is very complicated for me and I can damage the computer.
Finally I just upgraded to Zorin OS 18.1 Core and everything seems to be working. Thank you so much for all the help for a newbie on Zorin.
