After the first installation of zorin by professionals I purchased the last pro version 17.1 to make all appearances available to users.
The automatic upgrade is very easy but it's impossible to get any layout.
What to do ?
I am not a linux expert and an extremely overloaded planning.
I fill very frustrated I don't understand why did I purchase zorin pro.
Why it does't work and why there is no support?
They did not provide their support mail address
I checked.
To find a support channel should be convenient and not a survey
The appearance is blocked with the default gnome layout
user@Simi-laptop:~$ apt search zorin layout

I'm bit lost what's going on on your system, as it seems the right packages are installed. The problem may be elsewhere. The Zorin brothers are living in Ireland, so I guess you have to wait as it's night in Europe at this time.
The issue came from citrix workspace which is not compatible with zorin layout options in zorin apearance
the solution is to remove citrix workspace
***laptop:~$ sudo apt remove icaclient -y

Sorry, try again.

Hi, I see this is your first post, so welcome to the forum.
As your post has evolved to a Question and Answer thread, I have moved it from "Feedback" to "General Help". If removing citrix has fixed the problem, can you click the under your last post to mark it as Solution.
