Yes, I've read that. I only thought that it might be possible to find a Workaround. But it seems that the only Workaround for the Case the Extension doesn't work for an User is to deactivate it and use KStatus Notifier at the Moment.
To all: Frustration about a not working Function is understandable. But we don't want fall in a harsh Argue because of that. We will see if an future Update can adress this.
