Zorin Connect is not working

I am using Zorin 17.1 Pro my Zorin Connect was working fine now the icon is not loading and unable to pair my phone with PC

Have you run any updates recently? Has this issue happened since kernel update to 6.8? Install Synaptic Package Manager via the terminal:

sudo apt install synaptic

After install:

sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade

Reboot machine, launch Synaptic Package Manager and search for Zorin Connect. When it comes up, right-click the tiny green square to the left and mark for re-installation.

Also if you are running the firewall gufw (gnome uncomplicated firewall) you need to add the predefined rule to let Zorin connect through the firewall. If still having issues I would advise you swap to KDE Connect via Synaptic and get KDE Connect from the PlayStore. gufw also has predefined rule for KDE connect too.

Thanks for the suggestion setting up the predefined firewall rule seemed to do the trick I have connection again
