Zorin OS disabled my access to download the Pro iso and I messeged them trying to get help, and still they won't answer my emails on time. I bought the Pro license for $47.99 and hours later the system disabled my access to the pro download. I went to check for my email, and it said unfortunitely, my email cannot be found. What is this? And why did they do it? I need my money back and they are not getting any donations from me due to the back stab they did to me.
you have to use the email address you used when you pruchsed the pro version if not it wont find you in the data base for pro and it gets disabled till its corrected
where was the purchase verification with support number sent to? That will be the email address you must use that will have a link to the download of Pro

What do You mean with ''disabled''?
You have to look for the Mail Adress You took when You bought Pro. You should've got a Mail with a Link to download the Pro Version and a Key.
Olá, estou com o mesmo problema. Realizei a compra e 1 minuto após, o download foi desabilitado. Encaminhei um e-mail aos desenvolvedores, mas não houve resposta.

Sim, certifiquei-me de verificar, e tenho todos os e-mails que recebi após a compra, incluindo o recibo de compra efetuada com sucesso, onde consta o valor e demais informações da transação. Porém, quando entro na pagina para reenviar o link de download, aparece a informação de que o e-mail não foi encontrado na base da versão Pro.
