Directed to the support team, but if you know, I would appreciate it.
Zorin's features mention using a mouse and keyboard for two or more computers. Question: Does this feature work on the free version of Zorin? Do we have to have Zorin on ALL computers, or can we have other operating systems? Please be objective in your answers. Thank you.
Obs.: Please, if anyone on the forum knows Zorin's email address so I can ask him directly about this, post it here. Thank you.
You do not need to have Zorin OS installed on the other computers - but you do need to have the Deskflow application installed on the computer which you wish to link.
Just looked into this. I don't know about other Open Source equivalents, but my put off is the fact it is flatpak. Whatever application you use, particularly if you are thinking about controlling say a MacOS and a Windows machine, you need to make sure the app is cross-platform compatible and the appropriate versions of the app are installed.
