Zorin Lite Based on which ubuntu?

Hey all. I’d like to know which version of Ubuntu Zorin Lite is based on please.
The reason is so i know which deb package to download when i’m given a choice between Ubuntu version.

Thank you very much. So both the core and the lite are 18.04? For some reason I thought the lite was based of an earlier version. Thanks again
