Zorin missing speakers sound but not for wireless headset

I want to change input into speaker instead of my wireless headset, but instead I can't do that. It shows output on my speaker, but I can't test it the sound button like test right, test left.

But in the other hands, my wireless headset I can test the output

So how I'm gonna fix it. The speaker are connecting to the monitor

I see you have HDMI as your sound output, & i gather you have external speakers connected to you HDMI displays audio port?

Do you use a usb receiver for your wireless headset?

If yes try removing the usb receiver.
