Zorin OS 16 always initialize with the wrong option of sound

Hi, the only flaw in my experience with Zorin OS 16 is this error that always initializes the wrong output device.

The output device that I actually use is this
devicesoundthatIactuallyuse
I find a tutorial that maybe is helpful, but I don't know the name of the device.

There is none output device that says RUNNING

## Problem

I have a notebook connected to a port replicator. I want to use the build-in speakers and microfone and not the external ones.
