OK, did you try to run a memtest ?
I have not run Memtest yet. Since Windows 11 is completely stable and I have already tested with XMP enabled and disabled, I am not currently suspecting faulty RAM. However, I can run MemTest86 later to rule memory issues out completely.
i have the exact same issue with a Intel Core Ultra 7 265 on a Asus Q870M-C.
In my case i am trying to run Proxmox on the system and a friend sent me this thread.
Things i tested:
- bought the same exact Mainboard again and swapped it out
- switched out the RAM with a 32 GB Kit of my Gaming Rig
- updated BIOS and turned off everything regarding C-State
so far no solution found, but wanted to let you know, that you are not alone and that switching out the RAM + Mainboard (even if its the same) did not help.
i am suspecting, that this is a Asus Mainboard Issue.

i don't think memtest will help you here. i did this in many different combinations and even after 4-5 passes no errors.
it did however fail a few times after 5 seconds or so. Brother man, i thinks its time we look at different mainboard vendors

Did You tried a newer Kernel, too? Secure Boot and Fast Boot are disabled?
@Fabian another edit to let you know of my new findings.
The issue was with the ASUS Mainboard in Combination with that CPU. I bought a new board from ASRock and i have had no issues with it so far. Might be worth looking into that
