Zorin OS 18 - Keyboard nightmare on Lenovo IdeaPad: everything failed.

Hi everyone, I'm struggling with the on-screen keyboard on Zorin OS 18 (GNOME 46) on my Lenovo IdeaPad 3. I need a floating/movable keyboard that actually works, but I've had zero success.

What I've already tested (DO NOT suggest these):

  1. GJS OSK: Stays frozen at the bottom and the keys are unresponsive.
  2. Onboard: Disappears/vanishes as soon as I touch the screen, even with 'Auto-hide' off and 'GTK' input.
  3. Default System OSK: Works but it's fixed and takes up half the screen.

Is there a specific fix for this 'disappearing' bug on Lenovo touchscreens or a real working floating keyboard for Noble/Zorin 18? Thanks.

I saw something called CoreKeyboard available in Gnome Software. Maybe this suits You. But if I understand it right, ist only works with X11. So, You would have to switch if Your System run in Wayland.
