I have installed Zorin OS 16 lately with dual boot with windows 10, the animations are not working properly, i tried zorin os 16 without installing and it was fine. My graphics driver is updated still i can't see the animations working on my system. Its just old no animation experience.
Whay gpu do you have ?
Go to the Software Store, search Gnome Tweaks, install it.
Home page of Gnome Tweaks, first thing you see, Animations toggle. Make sure its set on like this!
If the animations are on, and your still having issues, such as not seeing Jelly Mode? I believe that is defaulted to OFF if I remember correctly. And if I remember correctly, Jelly Mode was somewhere in Zorin Appearance. Make sure its on!
