i'm using zorin lite 16.2, i have upgraded to 16.3, i can't see zorin upgrade app in my menu task, i can't notice Newer apps
Many other pre-installed apps are updated in Zorin OS 16.3 for a more feature-rich experience out of the box.

The Upgrader tool is for the Zorin Direct Upgrade option. This is for either upgrading to Pro or upgrading the Release.
A release would be Zorin 12, Zorin 15, Zorin 16.
A point release would be Zorin 16.1, Zorin 16.2 or Zorin 16.3
The Direct Upgrade path is not related to a Point Release. It is for Major Releases only, not point releases.

Weird, I already see it on my main menu after its installation, it's on System Tools. But if for some reason it didn't appear you should be able to add it manually with Main Menu, if Lite has it as Core.
