Zorin os no wifi, wifi shows no wifi adapter found pls help

i am new here, when i installed os 17 it has wifi but when i tried to fix my brightness issue it did not work anymore, the fix on brightness also doesn't work. i cannot re install zorin because the windows boot loader keeps on going to number 1 spot and not on my usb despite of it. also additional information i am not on dual boot, when i installed zorin os i choose the lvsm i think ? i forgot it.

I am a bit confused reading this statement. You are not dual booting with Windows, but Windows takes first boot order priority?

LVM : Logical volume Management.

This driver is included in the kernel and has strong support, so I believe it is unlikely to be a driver issue.
IF you have Windows OS installed; it is possible for Windows to retain control over this device, blocking Zorin.
However - this must be addressed by first clearing up the confusion above.

It is hard to tell what else may be interfering given that several measures were tried to resolve another issue that resulted in this issue. Honestly, I agree with you that reinstalling Zorin OS would be the best first action to take, then to tackle the original issue you had.

yes thats the problem, im not dual booting but the windows boot loader is number 1 priority no matter how many times i change the order the windows bootloader will always be at number 1. i tried on using another usb boot with windows 10 but still it doesnt boot as windows boot loader always be at the top. same issue when i use the usb with zorin. that is why i cant install new os and i am stuck on this situation.

also when i open my laptop, i will always be loaded on 3 choices. zorin os, recovery (i forgot whats the name but it has 2 different version of zorin and 2 different recovery version of the two different version of zorin os), and last the uefi where i change the boot load order that does not work.

the last resort that i have is reformating the ssd inside the laptop by removing it and connecting it to another computer which is i hope would not happend.

In Zorin OS, launch terminal and run

efibootmgr

and relay the output here.

wow in bios the ubuntu doesn't appear but here it does ? im confused

Try

sudo efibootmgr -b A -B

to remove that entry, since you are not using WIndows OS.

Here is the 3 log in what i always encounter when opening my laptop. Also theres the different version of the zorin iwas talking about its on advance.

While this photo shows my bios boot order that when ever i put the usb on the first it will always be 2nd when i pres f10.

Boot0014* USB HDD:

These are normal and necessary. They offer you the option to check your firmware settings, use recovery menu or boot a different kernel.

Have you run the command to remove the Windows Boot Loader?

do i restart my device and try to reinstall zorin after ?

First try removing the bootloader.
Then check if it is gone with

efibootmgr

Then reboot and try booting into your LiveUSB.

I got booted on zorin os not on usb even though it is on 1st

Is secure boot disabled in your BIOS Settings (It should be disabled).

Is your USB stick formatted?
You may need to reformat then re-burn the Zorin .iso to it if there is any corruption.

Yes its disabled even the fast bios. Wait for a few min ill try to use rufus again on the same usb to put another zorin os which is i need to download first from the website. It might take some time.

Take all the time you want... It is nearly 10PM here, so I may vanish into a coma at any time.
