Zorin OS pro vs Ubuntu Budgie

Hi

What are the main features that comes with Zorin OS Pro but not with Ubuntu Budgie?

I understand Zorin OS Pro comes with a lot of programs which can be downloaded in Ubuntu Budgie. But are the programs that come with Zorin OS Pro optimised for Zorin OS Pro?

One of the features that I know is Zorin Pro comes with a firewall installed. What are the other things?

Thanks!

When you purchase Pro you get two DE versions, one with Gnome, the other with xfce. The main difference between Core and basic Lite versions of Zorin is you get 6 different Desktop Appearances, compared to 3 in Core and Lite. You also get a greater number of Applications present, most of which you could install yourself via Synaptic Package Manager. I can't compare with Ubuntu Budgie, but I did install Budgie on a different OS. It's OK, but not for me. I much prefer Plasma over any other DE these days, plus Enlightenment DE.

That you have in Core, too. How it is on Lite, I don't know, but I would expect it. On Pro you have the additional Desktop Layouts exclusively. The software isn't optimized as far as I know. With the Pro Version You get access to Support. And with the Money you support the Development of Zorin.

But You should know - if you shouldn't already - that Zorin doesn't come with Budgie Desktop; it comes with Gnome. You can install the Budgie Desktop from the Repos, yes. But the Zorin Desktop is based on Gnome.
