Zorin os gnome screen recorder crashes when i click record button

Weird, to me (but probably to anyone, too) simply does nothing (at least apparently). This screenshot tool was better on 16.1 when it was just taking screenshots without stopping the current frame (a bad thing when you're playing games which are very sensible about timing 
).
It's a known bug in Gnome 43. But try "GPU recorder" or "OBS".
zorin has a build in screen recorder ??

i just use SimpleScreenRecorder , works beautifully
Yes, but only on wayland. On x11 it only supports taking screenshots
Same issue for me, it looks super useful and easy / no fuss to access and select the area you want to record but then doesn't work.
