It does not include proprietary or purchased independent software.
What Zorin OS offers and Zorin OS Pro offers is alternative software to the Pay-For bundles you find elsewhere.
For example; Gimp which replaces the expensive Adobe Photoshop. You would install Gimp, not Photoshop.

(2) Kdenlive = Video Editor
(3) Blender = 3D modeler
(4) LibriOffice = Office Suit Apps
PS: Look around the software store, you will find many Windows replacement APPS in there, and they even have a few native Linux games in there as well, like, Super Tux Cart for example.
