Sorry I may be wrong about Remmina being installed on all Zorin versions. I just realised that the Zorin 16 (Gnome) I checked with was Zorin Pro.
It can be installed on Core or Lite with
sudo apt install remmina
Is that a typo just in your post or is that exactly what you entered? You are missing an x before fce4!
Is this an experiment on a local LAN or accessing a work server/station?
VNC is normally used for screensharing on a LAN. I used to be a Vision Support Technician and unfortunately could not get screen sharing to work due to IT Admin protocols! The best version of VNC is Tight-VNC, none of the others.
With Remmina Remote program (you should be able to get it via Synaptic Package Manager) if you are trying to connect to a secure work website (Windows), you would first need access to a Windows Machine (or a VM of Windows) login to the secure website with your work credentials and it then downloads a small .exe file needed to make the connection. For me it was called 'cpub.exe' a small file of about 2 Mb. Save the file to USB, go to Zorin desktop, run Remmina and point it to the .exe file to make the connection. Using Windows I needed to login to 3 different screens. With Remmina, only once! I sent a screenshot to the school's IT Team but never got a response!
i am very interested in installed a server version for remote access, and the remmina is a client, unless i am completely mistaken.
Is there a way to install rdp server, i tried xrdp, no luck.
Can you please detail what you mean by "no luck?" We may need to troubleshoot that process.
