Zorin Themes and Settings Gone after HD repair

I've been using Zorin 15 for a good while and just yesterday it would not boot. So I selected recovery at startup. I noticed it said I had errors on my drive nad it stopped and said I had to run fsdk manually. So I run it manually and gave permission to fix the drive. When the drive was repaired Zorin 15 booted up but I did not have the same theme and some settings were different. I then tried to change themes and it would not let me choose a dark theme again. There is no way to change the appearance. Is there a way to do a repair install without having to install from scratch?

Thanks

Can you please try:

sudo apt install --reinstall zorin-os-desktop zorin-appearance zorin-desktop-themes

Thanks. I tried it and it didn't work. I still can't change any settings in appearance.

Can you please provide screenshots and detail the changes?

After you did the repair did you update the system via the terminal?:

sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
