Zorin16 Pro on Dell Precision 5550 Nvidia Quadro T1000 Mobile Flickerig

I came from Pop OS, and really like Zorin 16 and would like to keep using it. However, when I use the Nvidia driver the windows being moved flickers on the borders. Seems to work fine with the xorg. Didn't have any issues on Pop OS. Everything was smooth. Any recommendations before I go back to Pop?

Which Nvidia driver are you using?

Tried nvidia-driver-470 (proprietary, tested). Something else I should try?

Before doing anything, please check this thread:

You can try the x-swat drivers, which I believe are also used by Pop:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ubuntu-x-swat/updates

sudo apt update && sudo apt full-upgrade

added the repo and no upgrade available.
