Today I turned on my machine to see that it was on tty1. I followed a few guides to help me get out, but none worked. After completing one of the guides, I rebooted my machine and nothing really happened. No indication of anything, the ZORIN text appears on both monitors, then it disappears, and nothing. Nada. Booting in from recovery mode does nothing either. I’m completely lost. I do have a dual boot of windows 10, if that will help. Please, does anyone have a solution to this hell?
Right off the bat, I would suggest Boot Repair:
Couldn’t do that. I’m fresh reinstalling windows, then fresh reinstalling zorin alongside as well. I hope it fixes it…
I highly recommend to use Rufus to create an installer. Etcher can be problematic sometimes.
