After installing droidcam camera not working

Then just go and delete /dev/video 0

And let's see what happens

Before deleting get backup/copy of /dev/video0 to another folder

Error when copying "videoO". An error occurred while copying the file to '/home/rebok232/devcopy'. Unable to copy a special file
I'm using nautilus as root

let me check

I will not prefer direct deleting. now it is upon your choice

file recreated after reboot

if I enter to terminal v4l2-ctl --list-devices
output looks like this
Dummy video device (0x0000) (platform:v4l2loopback-000):
/dev/video0

USB2.0 HD UVC WebCam: USB2.0 HD (usb-0000:00:14.0-7):
/dev/video1
/dev/video2

am I able to own it further after the execution
sudo apt remove v4l2loopback-utils and
sudo apt remove linux-headers-uname -r gcc make

Then after , are you able to copy ?

what to copy?

Video0

I ran it earlier

no I can't

You can delete it!, but I can't prefer to do without getting backup/copy it

now i delated v4l2loopback from modprobe autostart
I added this recenly before i opened this topis becouse if
i started this working temporarily Now i know this module makes stoping
working this camera Now all working

Okay :+1:,

Can you check how many videos are there now?

USB2.0 HD UVC WebCam: USB2.0 HD (usb-0000:00:14.0-7):
/dev/video0
/dev/video1
I found /dev/video1 or 0 is metadata
