Oh well.
The upgrade was finally released, however I couldn't get it to work. At first it seemed to be about some corrupted packages, but even after that, I got a 500-like unexplained error, so I did a clean install. Reinstalling the OS is of course no big deal, it was just all the dev tools I use, everything from Git to SQL Server to .NET SDK.
So, until the next big upgrade.
