ASUS TUF Gaming A15 FA506NFR suggestion

Hi,
My brother have a ASUS TUF Gaming A15 FA506NFR laptop.
Details: ASUS TUF Gaming A15, Gaming Laptop, AMD Ryzen 7 7435HS, 4GB RTX 2050 GPU (8GB RAM/512GB SSD/39.62 cms (15.6) FHD/Windows 11 Home) FA506NFR

Things i wanna know before installing Zorin on it:

Is there anything i have to keep in mind before installing it on laptop?
Note:
I'm currently using Zorin on my desktop PC and I found two post about installing Zorin on TUF A series laptop:

There is "Nvidia control panel" and "armoury crate" in the laptop which my bro uses to control laptops RGBs, performance, etc stuffs. So, we (me n my bro) was wondering is those two available on zorin or is there any alternative of it.
Note:
Little do i know those aren't in linux and i couldn't found any alternatives. I know my bro can do those same works using different software or packages (I'm not sure. I myself is a noob) in Linux but he is looking for all in one "Nvidia control panel" and "armoury crate" duplicate version or something like that.

Is there any chance of bro's laptop getting busted for using different OS?
(i'm just scared to lose the laptop in this economy. too expensive.)

Thank you for your patience. We would greatly appreciate your help.

You probably should be fine over-all. Using a LiveUSB to Try Zorin, you might check for sound issues and Microphone works.

Check Wifi.

Nvidia-Settings comes with the Nvidia Driver. I use OpenRGB for RGB control. There is also FanControl.
But... most motherboards include a built in control panel for fan control, so it is worth checking if yours has that, too.

No. The only real risk is to the Hard Drive and - usually a wipe and reformat will solve that.

Because of the Nvidia Card, I would suggest to switch to Xorg after the Installation. Because of the Processor it could be good or neccessary to switch to a newer Kernel. But You can Test in Live Mode if it runs well.
