For some reason after the new Zorin Os update. Brave Brower is not installed on my laptop as a default browser. No everytime I need to use I have to install it manually from the store and then use it. Is there a way to fix it?
if you launch it from the terminal, is it still there?
if you run under X 11 instead of Wayland does it show up?
Also... are you saying it is repeatedly vanishing - that you must reinstall it more than once?
So, when You would install it in the Terminal with sudo apt install brave-browser it would be installed but later it isn't anymore?

I wonder if this is actually the same problem that I notice. The Brave icon on the panel disappears, but the app is still installed. If you hover the mouse over the empty space Brave still is there. Usually I delete the invisible icon, and then right click on Brave in the start menu to replace the panel icon. If your problem is more serious than that, sorry I can't help.
