Negative, Zorin OS 16 uses a more modern kernel, modern kernals have dropped support for 32-bit processors. Your best solution, is to use Zorin OS 15.3 LITE, as it has continued support for 32-bit CPU's, and will continue to receive security updates as well, for up to 2-years.

Correct, the installation procedure is the same. If you would like some guidance on how to install OS 15.3 LITE, my installation guide on installing Zorin OS 16 LITE, should still apply, at least for the most part anyways. You can find that here!
