This is true, though in honesty, it really mostly applies to those using the latest hardware, which is why the kernel does not include some of these patches even in 5.10.

But I have one question when next beta will release how can I get that beta testing

About a year and a half.
Whether you will have access to the Beta depends on your participation in the forum in the coming months... But again... Zorin OS 16 was only recently released.
This really falls more on AMD than on Linux... AMD promises openness but is very lackadaisical in delivering it.

That is true...Linux is trying its best to provide the best experience to AMD users and with every new linux kernel comes better AMD support. I have spoken.
