Cant type password to login after lid close

Hay..
I am currently running on Zorin OS 16 on laptop.
Here is my problem, everytime i closed my lid, my laptop goes to suspend state, i know it suspend state bcoz there is an indicator light still blinking. After that, i reopen the lid, and the laptop shows the login screen, but, i'm not able to type anything in the password typebox. To counter these issue, i had to shutdown the laptop using power button, and start it again, and then i'm able to logging in normally..
My question is, what should i do to fix these issue?
What i want is, when i close the lid it goes to suspend state, and when i reopen the lid it show me the login screen and i am able to type the password as usual.

Thanks..

Ok, so not Nvidia issue...
You are using Intel graphics.

You can try reinstalling GDM:

sudo apt install --reinstall gdm3

Follow the prompts in terminal...

Reminds me of something i had, maybe take a look here ?
