CapsLock doesn't work for numbers

I have a problem. When I press Maj (CapsLock), the numbers don't appear. Instead, I have &É"'(-È_ÇÀ)=
Is there a way to obtain 1234567890°+ ?

The Numbers should be the default Output when pressing them. What for a Keyboard do You have (Brand/Model)? Is it a 60, 65,75, TKL or 100 Percent Layout? What Keyboard Language is set up and What Language Layout Format?

This seems to be a known issue with certain keyboard layouts, although it's not clear whether this is specific to Gnome or not.

It can be reproduced easily by using one of those language inputs:
