Change mouse cursor not working

After putting the cursor in a .icons folder in my home, Gnome Tweaks did not have it. How can I install a custom mouse cursor?

The folder isn't letting me interact with it, and right clicking has the new folder button greyed out. It also won't let me drag into it

Correction to the no interact, how do I change the terminal directory? Also, it tells me it's an invalid Username
