I know there is this site which helps with the format of the date and time for the panel. but where do I find the settings for it in zorin?
My date format is currently like this 
but I want it to be like “Mo, 08.03, [Time 24H format]”.
Have the gnome version of zorin.

You can search Software for Clock Override extension, install it, then enable it in 'gnome-tweaks'
sudo apt install gnome-tweaks
