Please restart your computer, and begin tapping the F2 key a bunch of times, until the system goes into GRUB. Select advanced options for your OS.

If the 5.11.41 kernel is available, please select it. Doing so, will make your computer boot into 5.11.41 Linux kernel. If your system goes back to operating normal, then you may want to lock your computer into the 5.11.41 kernel, and preventing 5.13 upgrades.

This can be done in Synaptic Package Manager, or by a terminal command that I am sure Aravisian, our resident terminal wiz, will have for you. But for now, please choose a lower kernel, and see how it goes.
