thankyou bit i cannot get into windows at all
I already had this problem and used the bootable MX Linux installation pendrive to enter in Windows.
I believe that the bootable Zorin installation pendrive also has these options.
The procedure is the same as that used to install Zorin. Insert the pendrive, configure the bios to boot in pendrive and see the Recovery options.
If you no longer have the Zorin installation pendrive, you can try this:
Grub Repair or Boot Repair Disk should be on the Zorin Live USB. Have you run that?
