Please expland your terminal window to full screen and show the hidden sound channels off the the right, as depicted by the blue arrows already mentioned by Ocka.
Your screenshot only tells us half the story. All the "Capture" (inputs) sound channels including microphone/s are hidden to view on the right of the alsamixer screen.
Can you do that and post another full width alsamixer screenshot.

I can say the only helpful community of all Debian based distros
The solution is Boya by-m1 cannot keep up with modern Laptops so the advice is to use another microphone or use Boya by-m1 with Windows 10
by the way I tried every single thing that my brothers posted

the issue stopped with Windows 10 with the same microphone
Also with another microphone on Linux with the same laptop
