Hi and welcome.

Have you looked inside Settings and Color Profiles? Not sure if that is what you need and to be honest I have never used it, but I think that might be where you need to start.

Don't forget to download the Unofficial Manual that I wrote for 18:

Hi and welcome to the Forum.

I assume from that you have an Intel graphics card.
On ZorinOS, screen brightness should be adjustable from the Taskbar, but not Contrast or individual colours.
What issue do you have with screen contrast and/or colours?

Are you using Wayland (default) or X11?
You can check that with the Terminal Command

echo $XDG_SESSION_TYPE

If you see Wayland, you could try X11 to see if any difference.

To switch to X11 (or Xorg), go to the Login Screen. Click your Login Profile to reveal the Password Field, but do not login yet. Find a gearwheel or cog icon bottom right of screen. Click that and choose the Option ''Zorin Desktop on Xorg''. Then login as normal.
