How to calibrate the color and contrast in my laptop display

I dont understand why there isnt an easy way to do this? I need access to the "adjustment bars/color setting sliders" so i can fine tune the colors that are off.
I am using Zorin17, Thinkpad W530.

Here are two posts about this:
https://forum.zorin.com/t/color-calibration-help/28549/16

https://forum.zorin.com/t/display-colour-adjustment/38273

But they dont provide any clear solution. I also did install today both: "GNOME Color Manager", and "DisplayCAL", but i couldnt figure out how to even access or open up GNOME Color Manager whatsoever, and I couldnt find the color settings when I opened up DisplayCAL, it seems DisplayCAL wants to do everything automatically or by choosing different color profiles, maybe DisplayCAL can do what I need though, but I need help on how to use it.

-Thanks

So, in Settings>Color there aren't fitable Profiles for You?

Thanks, but I need to be able to adjust each color, and the hue, contrast, gamma, etc.

Hmm ... Maybe one or several of these Gnome Extensions could help You:
