Everytime im going to some forum website i always curious because some of it has the same ui interface just with some slight or a lot of tweeks, for example zorin forum, lutris forum, vgforum had the same loading animation and create topic menu. is every website that has "forum" on their links have the same ui?
This means that all of the forums you have visited that look so similar are using the Free Open Source software Discourse.
Many other forums make use of vBulliten which has a different and more familiar style.
Discourse is newer and therefor can have some appeal as websites try to 'update" their look.
