Just noticed the last line of screen shot. RAID?

Does this mean the SATA is RAID format? I was told way back when I first installed Zorin that I needed to change the format from RAID to AHCI.

NickS may have a point worth checking RAID/AHCI setting in BIOS.
I refer to this, taken from another post from Aravision:

...boot and enter your BIOS EFI Settings (Prior to Linux Grub) and check if you are set to AHCI or to RAID.
If set to RAID, try setting to AHCI, then booting Zorin and see if it works.
