A few days ago, I tried to install the clipboard manager Pano, then decided I didn't like it and uninstalled it from either Zorin?Apps or Software, but I'm now left with this error
Any ideas?

How did You installed it?
You may have accidentally uninstalled one of the libraries required to play sounds. Can you run this in the terminal:
apt list -i | grep libgsound
If you don't see any output, you can then install that with:
sudo apt install libgsound0
Oh, it is a Gnome Extension! And how did You nstalled that? Over the Website? For Gnome Extensions, I can recommend the Extension Manager. You can find it in Gnome Software:
And You see there some Dependencies that are needed. Did You installed the one's that are wrote by ''Ubuntu/Debian:''?
If you have set up Timeshift (which is one on the list of "things to do after installing Zorin), try going back to a time either before you installed Pano, or failing that, before you uninstalled it and do it properly, using the same method you used to install it in the first place, e.g. go to the Software Store, click "installed" and locate Pano, then click on uninstall.
Alternatively, @Aravisian posted a very useful guide here (scroll down until you see the instructions about how to UNINSTALL using APT in the terminal): Common Terminal Commands
Using Timeshift was the answer for me when I messed up installing, then uninstalling something.
I'd have to go back many days, with many changes made in that time.
I'll look at the Common Terminal Commands again - I just discovered them in the Tutorials earlier today.
Actually, I think the pano thing may have gone. I went into Synaptic Package Manager/Status/Not installed (residual configuration) and found 2 paco entries and deleted them. Same for Evince that I'd uninstalled previously
