at first this only happened on discord when the screen went blank, I already reinstalled it and everything, but this happens all the time.

First: I have changed Your Thread Titel from All-Caps to normal. This kind of digital Screaming isn't neccessary.
To Your Issue: How is Discord installed? As Flatpak or .deb Package?
Should title be "Error with Discord...." instead of "...without Discord". Just seems odd.
I don't know. It was written in All-Caps and I only made it like now without changing everything from the Wording.
In this thread is reported the same error, but no solution yet.
In this thread is given an answer which you could try, but I'm not familar with discord and this problem:
